My journey in the short-term rental market began in 2021 when I decided to expand my rental portfolio and purchased my first short term rental property and listed it on Airbnb. Like many new hosts, I quickly discovered the significant time commitment required to maintain high standards.

Late-night guest messages, coordinating cleaners between tight turnarounds, and constantly optimizing pricing were just some of the challenges I faced while trying to maintain my primary career and personal life.

As a licensed real estate broker in the state of North Carolina, I had specialized knowledge of market trends and pricing strategies that many property owners lacked. This expertise helped me achieve exceptional occupancy rates and revenue for my own properties, particularly in the Raleigh-Durham Triangle market.

After helping several friends optimize their listings and seeing the dramatic improvement in their results, I realized there was a significant need for professional co-hosting services that combined practical hosting experience with real estate market knowledge.
